We acquired 109 View St, Gunnedah, with a clear-eyed view of what the opportunity was and exactly what it would take to unlock it. The property came to us mid-renovation, with work already underway but left unfinished. Rather than a liability, we saw that as a head start. We are currently completing the remaining work and adding our own high-quality finishes throughout, bringing the entire property up to the standard that today's buyers and tenants in Gunnedah genuinely expect.
