Door knocking, cold calling, letterbox drops. We do the hard yards and build the sourcing cost into the feasibility study.

You'll project manage the reno but aren't on the tools yourself. We weight deals toward simpler scope with margin to spare.
Long-term hold (buy-renovate-hold)
You want equity and yield, not a quick exit. We look regionally for the rent coverage and upside that make a hold worth holding.
Passive investor (hands-off)
Higher budget, lower involvement. We bring you finished or near-finished opportunities in markets that hold their value.
